Pearl Confectionery Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and energetic candidate to join our team as an HR Intern in our Karachi office. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates of Business Administration/HR to gain valuable experience in a professional FMCG sector.

Job Details:

Shift: Morning

Days: Monday to Saturday

Internship: Paid

Duration: 3 Months

Preferably, residents near SITE Area, Karachi

Responsibilities:

Assisting in recruitment processes

Maintaining and updating employee records

Conducting initial screenings and interviews

Supporting HR team in daily operations

Participating in HR related projects and initiatives

Requirements:

Fresh graduate of Business Administration/HR

Good verbal and written communication skills

Proficient in MS Office applications

Self-motivated and eager to learn
